The New Me!

I have struggled with my weight for many years. I often tried to blame it on my thyroid problem, which I do have, but now that I think back to it, I never really gave it my all. Then I had my son, the love of my life, and I have now realized that I really want to be a healthy role model to him. I joined weight watchers 2 weeks ago for the millionth time, and this time, this is really it! I want to be the person that you read about in the Weight Watcher magazine!  Therefore, I have decided to start a blog, so that friends and family can follow my journey. I am not comfortable enough to release my starting weight, at this point, but I am really hoping that in the next couple of months I will get more confident and comfortable in my weight loss to post that. Until now, at my weigh in yesterday I am down 5.2 lbs.
Today I will also hope to start posting my pictures after workouts, this will hopefully give me some motivation! :)
Here I go on this weight loss journey and I hope you will join me! :)
